How to delete your account

In the app or on the website (no help from us needed):

1. Log in to FITAMP and open your Profile.
2. Scroll to Privacy & data and choose Delete account.
3. Pick how: with a grace period (your account is deactivated at once and permanently erased after 30 days; you receive an email with a link to undo it within those 30 days) or immediately (everything is erased right away, with no grace period and no way back).
4. Confirm. Done.

Can't log in any more? Email us from your account's email address at info@arcanium.nl with the subject Delete account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Everything attached to your account, with us and with the processors working for us:

• your account details (name, email address, password, Google link) and your profile;
• your health and profile data (age, gender, height, weight, injuries, goals, experience level);
• your programmes, workouts, exercises, sessions, sets, weights and progression;
• your conversations with and notes by the AI coach, including the copy held by Mistral, our AI processor;
• your feedback reports, preferences and settings;
• your subscription records with us and your customer profile at RevenueCat, our subscription processor.

What is kept, and for how long

• Consent ledger — 1 year. The evidence that you gave or withdrew consent (date, text version, which text) is kept for one year after deletion so we can show we complied with the law. It contains no health data and no training data.
• Your Google Play subscription. Deleting your FITAMP account does not cancel a running subscription; you cancel it yourself in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Google keeps your purchase history under Google's own terms.
• Encrypted backups — at most 2 months. Our backups are replaced on a rolling basis (hourly copies after 48 hours, daily after two weeks, weekly after two months); a deleted account drops out of them by itself and is never restored.
• A beta access request without an account — at most 1 year. If you once requested access but never created an account, that request is erased no later than one year after it was submitted.

Only erase your health data?

You can do that without deleting your account: withdraw your health-data consent on your profile page. That data is erased and the coach stops asking for it; your programmes and training history remain.
